Beginner’s Yin Yoga Chakra Course

7 classes over 7 weeks, each one 70 minutes, to balance all 7 chakras.

This course will teach how to use specific Yin yoga poses and beautiful mindsets to deeply release physical tension and mental blocks, to create whole body and mind wellbeing. My unique approach to this complex subject, will make it accessible whether you prefer a scientific or spiritual approach. Each week you will receive a short email introducing you to each chakra and this will allow us to focus on the poses in the class rather than the theory.

No prior experience is needed, but this course is also suitable for students regularly practicing yoga as a wonderful refresher.

Recording available for a week after each live class if you cannot make the set time.
