Essential Breath and Stress Workshop information

To live a full and healthy life we need to balance our active busy lives with some restorative time but as a society, in general, we are losing the ability to rest.

I have designed a 3-hour workshop to teach you how to effectively manage stress using a combination of simple yoga poses, aromatherapy and specialised breathing exercises. These small group workshops of up to 7 people, will give you the skills you need to switch off the stress response and how to replicate them easily in your own home. Suitable for men and women of any age, no prior yoga experience is required.

: Learn how wonderful it feels to not be constantly “on edge” and how to truly relax. Learn effective and specialised breathing techniques to help significantly reduce stress & anxiety and improve fitness & over-all health. Learn simple yoga poses to boost your immune system and help your body to fight off illnesses. Learn the incredible power of essential oils and how much they can help soothe an overwrought mind. Take home a 5ml beautiful aromatherapy rollerball to continue the benefits. You will also be given a printed hand out of the routines learned on the day, broken down into 1 minute, 5 minute and 10 minute routines, so no matter how little time you have there is a routine to help stop stress in its tracks.


But why is stress so bad? Long-term stress is one of the biggest health issues facing us in modern society Our often stress filled lives can make us feel like we are constantly “on edge”, slow down our ability to fight off illness and leave us exhausted. Staying in a heightened state of stress is detrimental to our health and causes major disruption to every system in our body. But we don’t have to live like this!


All equipment including yoga mats, blocks, therapy balls, silk eye pillows and all workshop materials will be provided.

If you cannot sit on the floor for prolonged period of time, do not worry. All the poses are completely modifiable and most can be performed in a chair.
