Yoga Classes: Online

Join me, Fi, every week from the comfort of your own home through ZOOM.

Close the door, light the candles and settle down for some much-needed self-care.

In these supportive community classes, women and men of all ages of all ages and abilities come together to move, breathe, practice and grow together in a fun and relaxed environment.

The classes are designed to offer you space to explore your practice, build confidence in your abilities, learn to enjoy what your body can do and modify what it can’t.

I love designing unique modifications to make every pose accessible to anyone. I understand that not every pose works for everyone due to variable anatomy and my classes celebrate our differences.

It truly doesn’t matter what the pose looks like, but how it feels to you.

Before your first class: I will invite you for a free 15-minute wellness consultation to welcome you to the classes, make sure you feel supported, answer any questions you have and help you settle into the class seamlessly.


The classes are held in the timezone of Edinburgh, Scotland and are recorded if you cannot make it live.


January Classes: Revive

Monday 6.30-7.40pm

Chakra Yin and Tonic.

4-week block £28. Drop-in £8.

The perfect tonic to 2020!

In these beginner classes we will utilise specific yin yoga poses and beautiful mindsets to bring harmony and balance to the first 3 chakras- The Root, Sacral and Solar Plexus, also known as our powerhouse.

Revive aching muscles, calm a busy mind, improve sleep and boost your overall vitality. Start 2021 as you mean to go on with clarity, healing and calm.

All theory will be emailed in advance so the classes can concentrate on the poses.

Dates: January 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th.



Tuesday 6.30-7pm  Roll & Restore.

Option to stay on for a free 10 minute meditation.

Back SOS Relief

4-week block £20. Drop-in £7.

2020 has been stressful as all hell and has played havoc on our backs! Learn how to easily release back pain and shoulder knots with this beginner’s class. Offering you a deeply relaxing combination of self-massage (MFR) using rubber therapy balls* and breath work, to address these issues and offer your poor back some much-needed relief!

*can substitute for rubber dog balls or small inflatable Pilates ball. This half hour practice fits into even the busiest of schedules.

 Dates: January 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th.


Wednesday 6.30-7.30pm: MyoYin.

Legs Refresh

4-week block £24. Drop-in  £8.  

During lockdown it is hard to get out and exercise as much as usual, especially with travel restrictions and curfews, and we tend to sit a lot more. This leads to tight and painful muscles in our feet, hips and legs. This beginner’s class of passive yin yoga stretches and rejuvenating self-massage offers the perfect combination to alleviate pain, tension and inflammation from our muscles and connective tissues. Giving our legs a much-needed refresh to feel lighter, looser and ready for anything.

Dates: January 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th.


Thursday 10-11am: Wall Yin

Revive at the wall.

Live class FREE for the month of January.

Using a wall space as our main prop, this class will revive tired muscles and minds to set you up for the new year. We will also be using the breath to encourage the body to detoxify and to slow a racing mind down.

Suitable for complete beginners to intermediates.

 Dates: January 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th.
